The role involves building trust with candidates, working with a global recruitment team, and supporting relocation logistics including visa, work permits, housing, and travel arrangements.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and recruit software engineers for Sweden-based roles.Build trust with candidates considering relocation to Sweden.Coordinate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, travel).Support clients in fields such as software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.Collaborate with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.Contribute to a team culture that values joy, trust, and professionalism.Required competence / QualificationsAt least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solutions.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts.Upper-intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail; capable of identifying and closing a recruitment request.Self-confident, sociable, friendly, and motivated.Resilient and persistent, able to handle rejection and continue efforts.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.Employment detailsLocation: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice.Employment type: Full-time; long-term contract as Private Entrepreneur; minimum 12 months.Work schedule: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.Benefits: Free national holidays (with maintained payment) and 20 paid vacation days.Travel, housing, and per diem for paid travels.Please send your English CV to: ******.
