Job Description
Our organization is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the entire recruiting life cycle. This role involves partnering with hiring leaders, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Developing a complete understanding of each opening by collaborating with hiring leaders.
* Managing candidate generation, direct sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations, job file maintenance, offer extension, and closing candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
* Identifying passive candidates using intricate boolean searches, user groups, professional networking, social media platforms, candidate referrals, and our applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Pipeline candidates and identify future opportunities that align with their skills and interests.
* Focusing on diversity identification, sourcing, and attraction while maintaining positive relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.
* Researching and generating new/creative sourcing ideas to fill challenging positions by leveraging current sourcing practices and trends.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess approximately 6+ years of proven experience as a technical recruiter with a strong track record of sourcing and closing talent in engineering and product roles. In-house recruiting experience within tech/SaaS environments is highly valued.
A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist must have:
* Proven full-cycle recruitment experience: kick-off calls, job postings, sourcing, screening, assessments, interview coordination, and offer management.
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
