Sweden needs skilled engineers and we are looking for a senior headhunter to help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. Living standards in Sweden are high by international comparisons, and we need a lot of engineers. Your job will be to find them and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. To move to another country is a major life decision, so a lot of your work will be about building trust with suitable candidates. You will be supported by a global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden, as well as by our Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics for consultants. We handle visa, work permits, tickets, housing arrangements, and related needs. Our clients are primarily within software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
