Sweden needs skilled engineers! About 30 000 of them by 2030 to be precise, according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau. Right now we have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. Are you ready to help us?
Living standards in Sweden are great by any international comparisons, and we need a lot of engineers. Your role is to help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there. You will build trust with suitable candidates and coordinate relocation support with a competent global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage engineers willing to relocate to Sweden.
Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden; build trust and manage expectations.
Coordinate with the global recruitment team and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.).
Collaborate with clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
Plan and execute recruitment efforts with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
Demonstrate the core values of joy, trust, and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for each challenge.
High quality and brand awareness.
Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
Upper intermediate English.
Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail, able to identify and close a recruitment request.
Self-confident, friendly, outgoing with high self-motivation.
Resilient, capable of handling rejection and persistence to achieve targets.
Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.
Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
Extent & Duration
Start ASAP.
Full time.
Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
Minimum 12 months.
Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.
Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
Location & Compensation
Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice.
Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
Paid national holidays with maintained payment.
20 paid vacation days.
Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
